A position opens. What happens?

1. Position opensThe shift changes from full to one position available.
2. Standby checked firstThe next eligible standby crew member with the correct approved role is contacted.
3. CUE respondsIf standby cannot fill it, the authorised team decides whether an urgent request is needed.
Rule: Standby is always role-matched and checked first for a withdrawal. CUE SOS remains a separate last-minute client service.
